Differential Technology

Key points of innovation

Healthy

Complete air purification at home or workplace. It will destroy harmful organic particles (viruses, bacteria) and not only filter them, so the air will come out with a high percentage of sterility. Air cleaning is inside the appliance and is completely SAFE

Intelligent self-diagnosis

Automatic self-operation based on the built-in air quality sensors. Self-diagnosis of air quality and internal operation for a correct autonomous operation with the minimum intervention of people.

Autonomous operation

It has built-in air quality sensors that cover the entire range of air pollutants (virus particles, bacteria, gases, cigarette or car smoke and even ozone) unlike any other device.

Sterilization of surfaces

The Pro model of the range is equipped with a "Surface Sterilization" program to completely clean the surfaces of a closed space, removing all viruses and bacteria that may be present on all types of walls, clothing, floors. So the product offers a UNIQUE dual ability to clean VIRUS wherever the AIR or SURFACE is.

Low maintenance

The carbon filter is cleaned only with the NONVIRAIR system and does not need to be replaced or cleaned. The HEPA filter already receives almost clean air due to the Prefilter + NONVIRAIR + Carbon and will not have molds, spores, or bacteria. This makes its shelf life longer, up to 18 months, while other competitors recommend 3-12 months.

Certificate

Results tested and certified by the toughest world-renowned laboratories such as VDE

Capture system

It is the first air purifier that captures the air from the top and returns the air from the bottom of the appliance. By capturing the air from the top we can more effectively collect the air at the height we breathe and cleanse it of harmful particles such as viruses, bacteria, and fine dust. This is the correct position to be able to draw more air from the room and increase the efficiency and coverage of the area with less energy consumption to attract all the air in the room.

Labyrinth prefilter

Exclusive and innovative design of an initial pre-filter with specific wind channels that increase the area and filtering capacity by 5 times and maintain an adequate airflow. Traditional flat filters on the market reduce airflow by 10-30% on average. The dedicated labyrinth filter is an absolute first on the market, designed with specific shapes to use centrifugal forces to retain and maintain a maximum % of dust fine already in the prefilter.

Novinrair Technology

NONVIRAIR technology and its effect on air purification

NONVIRAIR® technology is based on the changes that occur in the state of matter through the application of electrical energy, transforming particles and destroying all pollutants present in the air, including all known viruses. Subsequently, the hydroxyl radicals and oxygen reorganize their chemical structures to form harmless molecules, such as water (H2O), carbon dioxide (CO2), oxygen (O2), and hydrogen, which, in turn, begin to form new hydroxyl.

How does NONVIRAIR® technology work?

NONVIRAIR® transforms airborne particles into a new state by destroying pollutants and reorganizing chemical structures that release hydrogen and oxygen from the molecular bond.

HEPA filtering method

HEPA filters are made up of a carpet of fibers arranged randomly. These fibers are typically composed of fiberglass and have diameters between 0.5 and 2.0 microns.

HEPA filters are designed to attack much smaller contaminants and particles. These particles are trapped (adhere to a fiber) through a combination of the following three mechanisms:

Diffusion

An enhancement mechanism that is the result of a collision with gas molecules by smaller particles, especially those less than 0.1 μm in diameter, which are therefore impeded and delayed on their way through the filter.

Interception

Particles that follow a line of flow in the airstream come within a radius of a fiber and adhere to it.

Impact

Larger particles are unable to avoid the fibers by following the curved contours of the air stream and are forced to embed themselves in one of them directly; this effect increases with the decrease of the separation of the fibers and the greater speed of the airflow. The virus that causes COVID-19 is approximately 0.125 microns (125 nanometers) in diameter. It is within the particle size range that HEPA filters capture with extraordinary efficiency: 0.01 microns (10 nanometers) and more.

Filtration process

Pre-filtering Phase

Pre-Filter for larger particles, with a minimum of PM10 and more.

It removes most of the dust, hair, pollen, and larger particles from the air.

It is washable to extend its life and avoid regular replacement. It is easy to pull out like a drawer.

NONVINRAIR® Phase

NONVIRAIR® technology is based on the changes that occur in the state of matter through the application of electrical energy, transforming particles and destroying all pollutants present in the air, including all known viruses. Subsequently, the hydroxyl radicals and oxygen rearrange their chemical structures to form harmless molecules, such as water (H2O), carbon dioxide (CO2), oxygen (O2), and hydrogen, which, in turn, begin to form new hydroxyls.

Activated Carbon Phase

Carbon air filters are the most commonly used filters to remove gases. They are designed to filter gases through a bed of activated carbon and are often used to combat volatile organic compounds (VOC) released in cooking, construction materials…. They remove odors from the air, tobacco smoke, and NO2 generated by combustion engines. They cannot remove fine particles like mold, dust, or pollen from the air.

Activated carbon is carbon that has undergone additional processing to improve the capture of gas molecules. First, hot air, carbon dioxide or steam is injected into it, creating a grid of tiny pores in the carbon, vastly increasing its surface area. This creates many more places for molecules to get trapped and makes carbon much more effective as a filtration medium.

NDIR CO2

We have incorporated a new air quality sensor that measures CO2 in the same way as dedicated professional sensors used in public environments.

It is low in optical technology by infrared NDIR and gives us a high precision in the measurement of CO2 + -30 pppm.
It is especially indicated in common 400-2000 CO2 ranges.

NDIR CO2 + particles

The most advanced air quality sensor for purifiers on the market:
Main Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC)
Main physical pollutants (dust particles, pollen, allergens…)
Real CO2

The purifiers with NDIR CO2 detection are a 2 in 1 since they combine the functionality of two devices to date, sold separately:

1-CO2 detector. It is used to determine the air quality of a room and as a warning to ventilate by opening doors and windows in case of exceeding a certain limit.

2-Air purifier. It cleans the air of any physical or gaseous pollutant in such a way that no matter how charged the air is with CO2, we will have removed all those particles that could transmit disease or cause allergies.

In the following link, you can see a guide from the Ministry of Health, which recommends the use of portable purification systems in buildings and commercial premises.

Certificates

The effectiveness in the disinfection of viruses and bacteria has been certified by the UPC. The operational safety has been certified by VDE. The electrical safety and EMC compatibility have been certified by the official Applus laboratory.
